EU Service Centre Manager
Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands.
The Service Centre Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operational management of our service centre facility to ensure the reuse shipper program requirements for manufacture, warehousing, dispatch and refurbishment are delivered – acting as a conduit to enhance performance, productivity and efficiency through development of operational systems and provision of effective strategies with our nominated service partners.
Reusable packaging solutions are becoming more widely used with the Cold Chain, the key objective of this role is to ensure that Softbox creates world class products and services within the reuse sector of the cold chain that adhere to strict quality standards and meet or exceed our cliental expectations.
Global Reusable Packaging Services Director
Location: Long Crendon, UK
The Global Reusable Packaging Services Director will be responsible for the further development of Softbox’s reusable packaging strategy, management of existing programs, both customer owned fleets of shippers and Softbox’s own range of solutions offered to clients on a rental basis, and to further develop services offered under the Softbox Exchange brand, working closely with Sales, Technical and Operations departments globally to establish efficient and effective reusable solutions and associated services.

Program Analyst
Location: Long Crendon, UK
The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing data analytics and business intelligence to support the effective planning, deployment and evaluation of systems required in fleet management – committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and advancement of Softbox reuse products and services.
The key objective for this role is to understand how data flows through process, where it comes from and who uses it – what transactions does it drive across the business, whilst determining the value.
Quality & Technical Support Engineer
Location: Schiphol, Netherlands & Atlanta, US
The Quality & Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of the service centre operational processes and outputs, to ensure products consistently meet established quality standards – including analysis, assessment and solution implementation of any process issues where required.
Realised through the design of quality methods and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability and performance – coordinating with onsite and wider teams to implement suitable quality measures and developing quality control systems for inspection of materials, equipment, processes and products.
