Softbox Systems Acquires Tempack to Expand Client Base and Presence in Europe and Latin America

Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire, UK, 21st August 2017 – Softbox Systems, a leading global innovator and provider of cold chain packaging for the pharmaceutical industry (both commercialised and clinical trial products), today announces the acquisition of Tempack, a very successful Barcelona-based Spanish company serving the cold chain industry with innovative and high quality temperature control packaging for both the pharmaceutical and food home-delivery markets throughout Europe and Latin America.

The combination of Softbox Systems’ and Tempack’s industry leading passive shipping solutions, for both parcel and bulk-shipping systems, will expand the product portfolio and global geographic footprint for their regional and global pharma and food home-delivery clients.
