Single-use Parcel Shippers
Each Polybox parcel shipper adheres to exacting industry standards but also brings something different to the full Softbox portfolio.
What sets the Polybox parcel shipper range apart is that each design comes pre-qualified for both summer and winter temperature profiles to ensure they maintain payload integrity in the face of what they can expect to encounter in their shipping lane.
This insulated thermal packaging system has been designed to work primarily for products that need to be stored and transported for 72 to 120 hours at two temperature ranges: 2 to 8°C (chilled) and 15 to 25°C (ambient).
There are three different sizes of Polybox parcel shippers. Each is configured to hold their summer profiles for 96 hours in both chilled and ambient temperature brackets. The winter profiles, however, vary by product. At an ambient temperature, products are protected for 72 hours. That jumps to 96 and 120 hours in the chilled bracket.

Why PolyBox
Careful selection of materials and design has been fundamental to Polybox’s performance. Water and water-gel based coolants are ideal for temperate summer and winter shipping, working incredibly effectively in their field of variation due to their material properties. Combinations are meticulously tested and validated using frozen, conditioned and chilled gel packs to simulate typical express network summer and winter profiles.
Each Polybox blend is then combined with expanded polystyrene high-performance insulation. Our design teams have constructed this sequence using minimal components to allow for quick and easy assembly, no matter what sizing option is preferred. The payloads follow suit (with 7, 14 and 28 litre options) with corresponding low tare weights of 11.5, 18, 20.5kg. Any reduction in tare and volumetric weight translates into a reduction in shipping cost.
Although the Polybox parcel shipper is designed for single use, everything manufactured and deployed in this system is 100% recyclable.
